The hotel was reasonably clean and had extremely helpful staff. the property's location was secure and very close to the airport, restaurants, and California.

The venue was in a central location just off California, restaurant as Advertised deal on England match days and the Airport. It was well-equipped and brand-new with nice bathroom, good enough for an overnight stay.

Comfortable rooms that were quite spacious and had everything we needed, like drinks and a nice bathroom. the central location was really convenient 👍.

Staff were extremely courtious and helpful, the room was very clean and the facilities very good but basic. It was very close to ashby which is why I required the room.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Stayed there with my daughter during the Download festival at Donnington. We required a late check in (nearly midnight) which was no problem for them, whole process quick and staff polite and efficient. Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that. Would use this hotel again.

Room felt a little chilly but to be honest better than being boiled alive all night which is generally the case in hotels.

Breakfast was first class, room was clean and spacious, quiet location, easy to reach.

Only one thing that we would coment on, and that is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, and having a south facing room in summer as we dressed for a wedding was just unbearable, to the point I had to step outside the room to continue dressing,

Good transport links, the staff were friendly and the room was spotless when we arrived. Plenty of room and perfect for a 1 night stop.

The only problem that was found was that the room was not very well air conditioned if at all which did make the room a bit hot at night.
